We feed this information into our ParkLease® Computer Program and go to work. Our exclusive program searches our extensive nationwide database for exactly the vehicle you're looking for at the lowest possible payments.

Your ParkLease® is a closed-end lease. This type of lease allows you to make a predetermined number of lease payments for a specified period of time. You may return the vehicle at the end of the lease. With a closed-end lease, any loss of value through depreciation of the vehicle is the responsibility of the lending institution. Beyond physical damage, excess wear, or mileage in excess of that which is specified in the lease, you have no responsibility for the vehicle's value when the lease is terminated.

An open-end lease is one that assigns the responsibility of the vehicle's market value at the end of the lease to you. In the contract, there will be an estimated residual value. If the vehicle is resold for an amount equal to the estimated residual value, you will not owe the leasing company anything. If, however, the vehicle sold for less than the estimated residual, you will owe all or a portion of the difference. This is sometimes referred to as an end-of-the-lease-payment. The limit on this payment, by law, is the equivalent of three monthly payments.
